Just coming off a European tour, The Psychic Paramount are a whirlwind of masochistic sound and harmony. Veterans of progressive experimentalism, The Psychich Paramount has a repertoire that encompasses fusion (jazzgaze?) to noise rock. Amidst the electronic madness and bizarre sampling there are layers of polyrhythmic grooves and top-notch improvisation. Something for the whole family.

What would happen if Black Dice was getting sandwich-danced between the Polyphonic Spree and Fugazi? Someone in the room would probably give birth to Electroputas. The group are exceptionally honed musicians and sonic tinkerers, and their music is an affirmation of sound in all its contorted glory.

NECKING:
A wall of sound complete with graffitti, news bulletins and window sills with apple pies cooling on them. Necking's jams have heady, pulsing rhythms, a brash rhythm section and frenetic vocals. There is a thinly veiled post-hardcore strain within layers of experimental noise.
